About Us

We are a growing hospitality and events company operating a portfolio of lively venues across East London, including bars, live music spaces, and club nights. Our venues are known for their energy, creativity, and commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences. We are now seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our team and take sales performance to the next level.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will work focusing on driving revenue through smart sales strategies, upselling, and team training. You'll be hands-on with staff development, ensuring teams are confident in guest engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques. You'll also monitor sales performance, set achievable targets, and help us maximise spend per head across all areas of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hospitality sales experience who thrives on motivating teams and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple venues to drive revenue growth.
* Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house and bar staff in upselling techniques and customer engagement.
* Work closely with General Managers and Operations to identify sales opportunities and set achievable targets.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, analysing data to inform strategy.
* Ensure consistency in sales practices and guest experience across all venues.
* Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to boost sales.
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and energy.

About You

* Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driving role within hospitality, bars, nightlife, or live events.
* Strong track record of coaching teams and improving sales performance.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff.
* Commercially aware, with a keen eye for spotting sales opportunities.
* Confident working across multiple sites and managing a varied workload.
* Passion for hospitality, music, and nightlife culture.
