The successful candidate will investigate all stage 1 and stage 2 complaints and compliments in line with relevant policies and procedures and will ensure that all feedback is captured and handled promptly and professionally.
They will coordinate all Housing Ombudsman and Local Government and Social Care enquiries and document information requests within prescribed timescales and will be assist with capturing, understanding and promoting trends, and opportunities for service improvements such as lesson’s learned.
