Responsibilities
 * Process customer orders, prepare quotes and invoices, and approve orders supporting the Finance Team.
 * Increase sales by proactively cold calling/canvassing existing and prospective customers to promote the range of company products.
 * Handle a heavy volume of administrative tasks, outbound calling, generate orders, seek new leads, and communicate with existing customers.
 * Research and canvass for new business, process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
 * Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
 * Assist the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.
 * Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
 * Advise customers of predicted delivery dates, provide order updates, and address customer queries.
 * Approve orders for accounts over the original credit limit and support Finance in managing credit limits and pursuing late payments.
 * Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team while supporting marketing campaigns.
