Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Leading FM and Building Services and Engineering company operating within the commercial, education, retail and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Establishing and developing a working partnership with the customer.
* Managing the successful delivery of all services within the scope of the specification.
* Compliance with all statutory, employer and site‑specific health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
* Meeting or exceeding all agreed service levels.
* Ensuring attainment of customer satisfaction.
* Developing and retaining an in‑depth knowledge of all critical systems, both mechanical and electrical, and associated control systems critical to the business operations.
* Working with contract operational and administrative staff to ensure hard‑service tasks are completed and reported effectively.
* Communicating with colleagues, clients and their representatives in a polite and courteous manner to provide a high level of customer care.
* Performing day‑to‑day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding and repair, periodic inspections and testing of the complete spectrum of services found in a building‑services environment, including:
o HVAC systems.
o Electrical systems.
o Water systems and distribution.
o Building management systems (BMS).
* Ensuring that planned preventive maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and providing assistance with continuous improvement of these requirements.
Requirements:
* Well‑developed interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Completion of required reports on the company’s CAFM system.
* City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology at Levels 2 and 3.
* City & Guilds 236 Parts 2.
