Job Description:
WTW’s Investments line of business provides investment advisory and delegated services to Pension funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowments, Foundations and Charities, and Wealth Managers across the globe. With a history steeped in actuarial and pension fund advisory, we have grown over the past two decades into one of the most respected financial solutions firms for institutional investors.
Our purpose is to invest today to transform tomorrows. We help clients make a difference in their organisations by providing an insightful perspective, being a collaborative partner, acting as skilled investors, and delivering meaning outcomes.
Combining innovative thinking with capable execution, we work with industry participants and our clients to invest today for a more sustainable tomorrow. Our work covers all aspects of the investment function and focuses on better equipping our clients to make good, well researched, well thought through investment decisions. We help clients manage investment complexity; work with them to better align strategy and portfolio construction to balance risk and return, with efficient and fit-for purpose implementation.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task at various levels within the business, across platforms and business areas, and be comfortable with both business and technical environments.
This is a 18-Month Fixed Term Contract role.

* Engage with Data Owners, Technology, and SMEs to identify and document critical data requirements
* Examine data processes across the business to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving efficiency and data quality by aligning data sources, processes and technologies.
* Identify and define business rules, as well as functional and non-functional requirements, to support the management and governance of data
* Contribute and help facilitate the running of Data Governance Forum
* Assist in implementing Data Governance solutions, including requirements clarification, business and technical design, testing and roll out
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
