We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing & Operations Manager to join a dynamic marketing team based in London. This role supports activity across both online and offline channels.
You will take ownership of social media strategy and execution, delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and connect with a wide audience of customers and clients.
This is a varied role where you will also coordinate product and feature launches, support teams across content, digital marketing, and CRM, and help create and develop marketing assets.
You will work closely with internal teams, help coordinate sprint activity, contribute to reporting and analysis, and support special projects that align with wider marketing goals.
Marketing & Operations Responsibilities:
* Manage the marketing team's project tracking system and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels
* Ensure consistent messaging and strong brand representation
* Lead product and feature launches in collaboration with product and customer success teams
* Manage and maintain the social media content calendar
* Schedule and publish posts to maximise engagement
* Write clear, targeted copy for different audiences and platforms
* Create graphics, videos, and GIFs using design tools when needed
* Produce engaging visual and video content
* Support SEO activities, including keyword research and content optimisation
* Assist with email campaigns and lead nurturing as part of lifecycle marketing
* Update and maintain website content
* Provide cover for managers when required
* Support planning and delivery of marketing projects
* Contribute to performance reporting with insights and recommendations
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Ideal Marketing & Operations Profile:
* Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital content creation
* Experience with email marketing platforms, including segmentation and automation
* Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management systems
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on performance
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working in agile environments
* Adaptable, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support
