\nWe're currently working with a fabulous growing London law firm, looking to hire into a newly created role in their Compliance function.
\n
\nNow looking for a Compliance Manager to report into the Head of Compliance. This current team of 2 looking to add someone senior in to bridge the gap between assistant and Head of. A great opportunity with real ownership across compliance, scope to modernise compliance, and improve processes.

\n\t
1. Owning day-to-day regulatory compliance across the firm, including SRA standards, conflicts, AML, sanctions and anti-bribery matters
\n\t
2. Acting as the firm’s subject-matter expert on AML and sanctions, ensuring policies, controls and procedures remain robust and up to date
\n\t
3. Leading risk management activity, including maintaining risk registers and assessing emerging regulatory and operational risks
\n\t
4. Managing and supporting responses to regulatory bodies and external investigations
\n\t
5. Preparing for and managing external audits and accreditations, including CQS
\n\t
6. Delivering firm-wide compliance training and working with IT and L&D teams on ongoing education initiatives
