My client, a leading developer and regeneration specialist with offices in Liverpool and Manchester, is seeking a highly professional Resident Services Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent. Working from contemporary offices on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre, you will be joining a supportive, passionate team that values collaboration and creativity.
Your new role
The position is offered full-time Monday to Friday fully on site in the office. There may be some flexibility required to work an occasional Saturday with a day off in the week.
Working hours are until
Some of your duties will include but not limited to:
1. Build strong relationships by acting as a liaison between contractors and residents
2. Help new residents settle in by arranging move-ins, property tours, and answering their questions
3. Conduct property viewings (virtual and in-person) for potential residents.
4. Coordinate key tenancy processes like drafting agreements, renewing tenancies, and collecting holding fees
5. Be the first point of contact for resident enquiries and any escalated issues.
6. Manage property inventories, inspections, and updates
