General Supply Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Southampton
Pay: £13.75 per hour, paid weekly
Start: Immediate start available
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic General Supply Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Southampton, supporting pupils with additional needs.
This is a flexible, agency-based role, ideal for individuals available three or more days per week and able to start as soon as possible.
About the Role
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND
Working on a general supply basis across primary and secondary settings
Providing one-to-one or small group support
Helping pupils access learning and develop confidence and independence
Who We’re Looking For
You will be a great fit if you:
Are aged 21 or over
Have experience working with children with additional needs or a genuine passion for making a difference
Are reliable, adaptable, and nurturing
Can commit to three or more days per week
Ideal backgrounds include:
Care work
Nursing or HCA roles
Teaching Assistants or LSAs
Sports coaches or youth workers
Driving is preferred but not essential, as all schools are accessible via public transport.
