With our friendly team and small room sizes we can offer exciting experiences every day. Located in a beautiful setting close to Winchester and Andover, our little RAFAKidz family are always busy with trips out, picnics,partiesand outdoor learning. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability,backgroundor circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.
Role
* To manage the day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of your room
* Support the development of good practice with regards to special needs and inclusion.
* Implement and support others in delivering, the EYFS in line with current practice and guidelines.
* To ensure effective staff deployment in your designated room to support staff deployment across the nursery
* In conjunction with the senior management teamidentifyand address individual training needs of playroom staff.
* Provide leadership and support to room staff to enable them toestablishand maintain positive working relationships.
* Ensure the effective implementation of the Key Worker procedures andallocatechildren to key workers appropriately.
