You have a proven track record of managing teams of operatives to deliver high-quality work efficiently. You are skilled in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling, and can handle complex diagnostics and multi-trade repair projects. You are committed to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and are responsive to both internal and external customer needs. What the Job Involves The role involves supervising a team of high-performing repairs operatives, ensuring high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials. You will undertake complex diagnostics and coordinate multi-trade repair projects, perform toolbox talks, and conduct one-to-ones with operatives. The job also includes pre and post inspections on tenanted properties, managing void teams to meet deadlines, attending evening tenant association meetings, and ensuring health and safety compliance in all work activities.
