Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with one of our key clients, a leading global engineering business, to recruit a Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-calibre finance team within a global organisation undergoing a major business transformation.
This newly created role will focus on supporting the UK Group Companies and will be responsible for the reporting and analysis that feeds into the wider global restructure. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in identifying and driving process improvements, with a particular focus on process mapping and streamlining financial operations across the UK entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Support financial reporting and analysis for the UK Group Companies
*
Contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely reporting into the global finance function
*
Lead and support process improvement initiatives, with a focus on process mapping and optimisation
*
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation within financial processes
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practice reporting standards
*
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis as required
*
Provide insights to support the wider transformation strategy across the global business
Candidate Requirements:
*
Part Qualified ACCA / CIMA / CA
*
Proven track record in process improvement and process mapping
*
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems
*
Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across different departments
*
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
*
Experience in a global or complex business structure is desirable
