About the Role Were looking for a hardworking and reliable Stock Control Operative to join our Stock Control and Goods In team. This is a hands-on role within a busy operational environment, ensuring that stock is accurately received, recorded, and prepared for production. This position is Fixed Term until March 2026 with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities Receiving and de-stacking aircraft plates (up to 2000 boxes per flight shared between colleagues; heaviest box 23kg)
Sorting and splitting stock by supplier and product type
Accurately counting and recording stock levels
Picking stock for production lines
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Using RF scanners and stock systems (preferable but training provided)
About You Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 23kg)
Confident with numbers and counting accuracy
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic IT skills (comfortable using a keyboard and simple systems)
Able to work in chilled conditions (+3C to +5C)
Previous experience using RF scanners desirable but not essential
