Your Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth mortgage process for our customers. Your day-to-day will include:
6. Updating our MUMS system with data received via email or post
7. Responding promptly to queries via portal, email, or phone
8. Progressing mortgage cases flagged as high risk, using initiative to move them forward
9. Maintaining regular contact with all parties to ensure documentation is complete
10. Preparing cases for transfer to the On Risk and Completion team
11. Ensuring insurance policies are placed on risk at the correct time
12. Monitoring and investigating high-risk cases
13. Working to a structured daily plan to manage your pipeline effectively
