Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Tetra Tech Europe. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our successful Residential Development team. You will be a core member of the team working on large multi-disciplinary strategic land residential development projects.
Your ability to build relationships and develop a collaborative team ethos among Clients, Advisors, internal and external design team members and Contractors is crucial to the success of our business. You should be an effective communicator with strong personal and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Plan and successfully execute projects
* Understand and interpret the scope of each project
* Plan and agree project deliverables
* Provide appropriate advice on the management of projects
* Manage project information within a Common Data Environment
* Manage procurement processes
* Programme management
* Risk and change management
* Establish capital budget parameters
* Administer industry standard contracts including the NEC4 suite of contracts
* Understand and implement quality management processes
* Use IT systems to maximise services delivery
* You may have the opportunity to support Tetra Tech’s portfolio of projects in different sectors, other than residential
Qualifications
* Experience managing projects to meet client requirements for programme, budget and quality standards
* Experience with highway, drainage and/or utility infrastructure projects (desirable, residential sector)
* Experience engaging with key stakeholders such as Council Highway Authorities, Local Councils, water and utility companies, Environment Agency, Natural England and/or National Highways (beneficial)
* Accredited NEC3 or NEC4 Project Management status (advantageous)
* Autonomous work style as well as effective collaboration within project teams
* Recognised qualification in Project Management or in a complementary field such as Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Engineering (ideally)
* Membership of a recognised professional body or working towards full membership (e.g., MAPM/RICS) (advantageous)
Reporting to the Director of Project Management and working alongside internal and external design team members.
