Description
Works with every applicable function within the site to determine the appropriate process improvement. Implements actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS for the assigned site. Develops, deploys and maintains the quality planning system (i.e. control plans, etc.) Aligns the site budget, personnel, and continuous improvement projects. Reviews all the corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval. Completes analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty. Determines cost and capability of meeting customer requirements.
Typically, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and related experience and proven leadership experience.
May be required to maintain security clearance.
