They will lead and develop the talent of the organisation through recruitment, retention, performance management, learning and development and ensure we equip our people and organisation to succeed. They are looking for someone with proven experience in Training and Development or Talent management or a similar role. Along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster organisational relationships. A proven track record driving change within People and Culture and building new structure, framework and policy. You will have experience in employer branding and thought leadership around modern work and T, T and D practises.
