Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Cleaning Manager, located in Leicester with some work from home acceptable. The Area Cleaning Manager will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage and support cleaning staff, ensure equipment maintenance, and handle facilities management. The role involves monitoring cleaning quality, maintaining communication with clients, and managing supply inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
* Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
* Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Facilities Operations
* Facility Management (FM) expertise
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications in cleaning management or facilities management are a plus
* Proficiency in using cleaning management software and tools
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
