Stadium Infrastructure Project Manager

Description
Responsible for reviewing the Stadium Life Cycle Analysis report delivered by Burro Happold in 2024 and implementing the agreed capital expenditure plans.
Provide the Scottish FA with expertise in building services, including Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Systems, Contract Administration, and Procurement, ensuring compliance with relevant Licenses, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and understand the Burro Happold Lifecycle Report from 2024.
* Develop a programme of works based on the report, prioritising activities considering the stadium calendar, current maintenance regimes, budgets, safety, and compliance.
* Understand the enhancements required for Euro 2028 and UEFA Tournament Requirements.
* Procure, manage, and deliver enhancements for Euro 2028 aligned with the Project Plan and requirements.
* Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager with smaller projects.
* Collaborate with the Safety & Operations Manager and Facilities & Maintenance Manager to ensure all safety reports are completed and actions managed.
* Work with the Health, Safety & Compliance Officer to ensure building services meet regulatory standards.
* Liaise with Stadium Operations Team and SFA advisors as needed.
* Organise documents for tenders, appoint contractors and designers, and manage procurement routes.
* Project manage all stadium projects, including high-value upgrades such as Fire Alarm, Heating Plant, CCTV, and PAVA systems.
* Handle Planning and Building Warrant applications, advising on property legislation and building regulations.
* Provide management and board reports, including financial forecasts.
* Support and advise on specific projects as requested by the Head of Stadium Operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven experience managing complex stadium or building refurbishment programs.
* Strong background in Building Services.
* Contract administration experience.
* Ability to work within limited budgets and find cost-effective solutions.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations related to construction, including CDM Regulations.
* Experience managing projects of various sizes with multiple stakeholders.
