Job Role
We're seeking an exceptional Spa Membership Advisor to drive membership growth at our prestigious 5-star property. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and nurturing our exclusive spa membership programme, working closely with the Spa Director to achieve commercial targets while delivering outstanding member experiences.
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
To be accountable and responsible for the running of opening membership sales
Drive membership acquisition in line with agreed targets and forecast expectations
Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, member retention, departures, and future projections
Collaborate with the Spa Director to develop the annual membership sales strategy
Monitor competitor pricing and offerings to maintain our competitive advantage
Provide exceptional service to members and guests, resolving enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate member feedback for monthly reporting to inform continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who possess:
Proven experience in B2C sales or membership services within the luxury hospitality industry
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Proven experience engaging with diverse, discerning clientele
Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities
Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Confidence working independently with strong problem solving abilities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for personal development and continuous learning
