Role Highlights
* £49,200 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
* Scope to increase basic salary up to £56,200 p.a. with completion of facility‑specific training
* 3‑shift rotation (6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm, 10pm‑6am)
* Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

What You’ll Need
* Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Cross‑disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
* Strong fault‑finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset
* Health and safety consciousness
* Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment
* Life assurance : base salary x3
* Employer pension contributions : 4%
