URGENT REQUIREMENT – Bargemaster (Crane Barge) – Isle of Grain
ARM is urgently seeking an experienced Bargemaster to lead operations on our floating crane barge at the Isle of Grain. Immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee barge operations and heavy lift activities
* Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards
* Manage crew and coordinate with project teams
* Maintain barge stability and operational readiness
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in offshore marine roles
* Valid maritime certification (e.g. Master Mariner)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Flexible to work around tides and weather
