Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Basildon
Pay Rate: £90 – £130 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a secondary schools in Basildon. If you're passionate about education and creating inclusive learning environments, this is your opportunity to contribute to student success.
Your Role Will Include:
• Providing tailored academic and emotional support to students
• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Assisting in monitoring and recording student progress
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams to meet individual needs
You Should Have:
• Previous experience in a school or youth work setting
• A nurturing, flexible, and reliable approach
• A commitment to supporting students with a range of abilities
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
