We\'re supporting a high-tech manufacturer in the communications sector in their search for a Senior Buyer. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for an experienced supply chain professional from a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead supplier selection, negotiate commercial terms, and support new product launches from concept to volume. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams.
What you\'ll need
* Background in manufacturing procurement - ideally electronics or telecoms
* Strong experience with global supply chains and contract manufacturers
* Confident managing supplier performance, cost, and delivery
* Level 4 CIPS or working towards
* Willingness to travel internationally (UK driving licence required)
* Eligible for UK security clearance
