As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the industrial temporary workforce, building key relationships with stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will also develop and implement an effective applicant attraction strategy to meet client requirements and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and temporary workers
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
In addition, you will be responsible for managing high volume requirements, supporting additional client accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes.
