Management Accountant
Location: Rotherham / Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, study support if required
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious part-qualified or newly qualified accountant to join a growing finance team in Rotherham. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances
Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
Support ad-hoc finance projects as required
What We're Looking For
Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA) or newly qualified accountant
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident in communicating financial information to stakeholders
Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
