Artemis Human Capital are working exclusively with a multi-award-winning manufacturing firm based outside Coleraine as they look to appoint a Commercial Manager. They are in a phase of strategic growth and are expanding their commercial team to meet rising demand and ambitious revenue targets. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the commercial operations of the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial & Innovation, this role plays a key part in driving profitable growth, enhancing customer relationships, and supporting the execution of the companys commercial strategy. This could be an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals. Support the Director of Commercial & Innovation in shaping pricing strategies and business development plans. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to align on project delivery and profitability. Deliver commercial reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision making. Ensure adherence to commercial policies, legal standards, and company procedures. Contribute to margin improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial, contracts, or business development role, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or construction. Proven track record in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic customer management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
