1. Pay £ per hour (£22,464 per year for a 40 hour week)
2. Plus up to £8,200 per year in tips (Paid weekly, based on last years earnings)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bar Person to lead our bar team at our beautiful Sandbanks restaurant, Poole, Dorset.

What you'll be getting up to:
5. Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
6. Recommending drinks pairings with food
7. Preparing the bar for a smooth service
8. Maintaining stock levels
9. Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
10. Developing, training and inspiring your bar team to continuously improve
11. Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make your guests and staff smile
12. Working with our Senior Management Team and Rick, Jack & Charlie Stein to develop your bar menu
13. Planning rotas, events and holidays to ensure the smooth running of your bar
14. Controlling the bar from a sustainability, financial and quality driven perspective

This is a great opportunity for Bar Person to progress, or for a current Senior Bar Person. We're looking for someone who has worked in restaurants or pubs that puts their heart and loyalty into a role. You'll be aware of guest needs and know how to make them smile, as well being able to effectively lead, inspire and develop a team.
