We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an Executive Assistant within their Dispute Resolution & Risk division, specifically supporting the Strategic Risk, Government & Compliance team. On a Fixed Term 12 Month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing team, providing proactive, efficient, and professional support to both internal stakeholders and external clients. What Youll Do Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, and follow-up actions Liaise with clients and coordinate events Monitor inboxes, flag urgent emails, and ensure timely responses Open new matters, manage confidential correspondence, and maintain document filing Support billing, expenses, and invoice processing Assist with court documentation and maintain knowledge of court procedures Provide cross-functional support in finance, marketing, and paralegal tasks Ensure compliance with information security policies Provide cover and support across the wider EA team as needed What Youll Need Experience in a busy litigation environment, ideally with court procedure knowledge Strong organisational and time management skills Proactive, motivated, and able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and team structures Willingness to work beyond standard hours when required Fast, accurate typing (60 wpm) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with systems such as DMS, Aderant, BundleDocs, and Draftable (preferred but not essential) Confidence using the internet for research and a willingness to develop IT skills What Youll Receive A competitive salary and benefits Whats Next?
