In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to support and drive the success of our clients in the trades industry. The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and specific needs of our clients. What You’ll Do Translate technical features into business benefits for customers. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly. Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations. Gain deep understanding of our product and technical intricacies. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings Identity customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our offering. Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements . What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Experience in the Field Service Management or Trades experience preferred. Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
