We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Representative to join our team in the Wellingborough and Kettering area.
This is a flexible, field-based role where you will manage your own customer portfolio, build strong relationships, and ensure weekly loan repayments are collected in a professional and supportive manner.
About the Role
You will manage your own database of customers who hold unsecured loan accounts.
Your role will involve contacting customers weekly to arrange and collect repayments, with approximately 90% of payments collected over the phone.
Where customers are unable to make payment remotely, you will occasionally visit them in person to collect payment and provide support.
This is an independent role where you will organise your own diary and schedule to ensure customer accounts are maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers
* Contact customers weekly to arrange repayments
* Collect and process payments over the phone
* Conduct occasional face-to-face visits when required
* Support customers experiencing payment difficulties
* Maintain accurate customer/payment records
* Organise and manage your own workload effectively

Experience
No previous experience required – full training provided.
Experience in customer service, collections, sales, account management, field sales, home credit, or similar customer-facing roles would be advantageous but is not essential.
