Job Title: Multiskilled Operative
Location: Birmingham, Park Central
Contract Details: Temporary Ongoing
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Monday - Friday
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.

Responsibilities:
As a Multiskilled Operative, you will:
1. Undertake all mail, courier, and stationery tasks
2. Manage records and provide reprographics services
3. Prepare mail and files for digital scanning
4. Scan hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high-speed scanners
5. Quality check scanned copies against physical items
6. Receive and book inbound/outbound couriers
7. Ensure timely completion of work to the highest standards
8. Support colleagues and work as a team to achieve outstanding results
9. Take on additional duties as requested by management
10. Develop positive relationships with customers and exceed their expectations
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
11. Attention to detail is paramount
12. Strong manual handling skills
13. Excellent organisational abilities
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
15. Good communication skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
16. Previous experience in a similar role
17. Able to multi task!
18. Familiarity with workflow processes and procedures
19. Understanding of customer service principles
20. Proficiency in administrative tasks
