Job Description
3. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and finance needs are met to a high standard.
4. Provide expert advice on financial reporting, tax compliance, and business planning.
5. Review and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
6. Self assessment and corporate tax returns.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
8. Identify opportunities to improve client processes and offer innovative solutions.
9. Ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and seamless services.
11. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Manager should have:
12. Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
13. Proven experience in managing client relationships within the professional services industry.
14. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
16. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
