Join Our Clients Team as a Customer Service Administrator!

Job Role: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: Up to £28k

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (full time in the office)

What Youll Do

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on coverage options.
* Collaborate with other departments to secure the best terms and conditions for clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
* Deliver excellent aftercare, supporting customers beyond their initial enquiry.
* Process quotes, update systems, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.


What Were Looking For

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service within an office environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
