Contract Maintenance Engineer Kent (North Kent) (Outside IR35)
Rate: Outside IR35 LTD or Umbrella
Monday to Friday days only- can work up to 60 hours

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to join a packaging manufacturer. This is a hands‑on, long‑term contract where you'll keep high‑speed production lines running smoothly in a modern, well‑invested site.
Key Duties
* Preventive and reactive maintenance of machinery
* Mainly Mechanical with some electrical fault finding and repairs
* Work on conveyors and automated production equipment
* Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship / NVQ / C&G)
* Hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG manufacturing
* Multi‑skilled preferred (mechanical & electrical)
* Ability to use initiative in a fast‑paced environment
