Team – Treasury

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

3. You'll be liaising with internal stakeholders and possibly external contacts, so being able to communicate clearly and professionally

What this role is all about:

As a Senior Treasury Finance Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all payment and receipt transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with banking regulations and internal procedures. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting internal teams with timely and reliable service.

Key Actions

4. Processing all incoming receipts and outgoing payments with precision and speed
5. Managing rejections and ensuring accurate updates across Group systems
6. Performing daily checks on BACS files to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank cut-off times
7. Handling internal queries and action requests with professionalism and clarity
8. Supporting bank account reconciliations and payment allocations
9. Managing Non-Medex plans, including weekly Direct Debit file creation and query resolution

What do you need to thrive?

10. At least 12 months’ experience in an office environment, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
11. Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, both via email and phone
12. A basic understanding of Excel
13. Previous experience in a finance processing role is highly desirable
