Your Role: As a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, collaborating closely with their in-house legal teams. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts.
* Collaborate with clients’ legal departments on international deals, procurement, marketing, and other matters.
* Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with delivery processes.
* Maintain and update contract templates and tools.
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Law Degree and/or legal qualification.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Experience working with clients directly.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.
