Key Duties:
* 1:1 & Small Group Support: Tailoring helps to boost student engagement and progress.
* Classroom Management: Assisting the teacher with lesson prep and keeping the day running smoothly.

* Positive Impact: Acting as a role model and fostering a safe, fun atmosphere.
Skills & Requirements:
* A genuine passion for child development and education.
* Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
