Job Description / Responsibilities
Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations.Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Pack products using assigned bags/trays as per product specifications,
* Store finished products in relevant holding chillers observing date rotation,
* Replenish stocks of packaging sundries from the main sundries store as required,
* Clean down any relevant equipment at the end of shift,
* Assist if required in cleaning in the main factories,
* Check condition of equipment and report any faults,
Full training will be provided.
