Working on retail portfolios for both landlords and occupiers and commercial lease disputes to contested easements and adverse possession matters, you will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work. Your main duties will include: Advising and representing clients in a range of property litigation matters Delegating appropriate work to solicitors / paralegals / trainee / legal executives and supervise the completion of the work.
