We are now looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our Clapham Junction club. This role will oversee the housekeeping team and ensure standards are kept at an exceptional level within the club. Duties will include but are not limited to: Managing, mentoring and developing the housekeeping team Interacting with members daily and providing exceptional customer experience. Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms and NFF (food area). Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment. Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked. Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested. Escalating any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc. Ideal candidate and personal qualities: Experience of managing a team Strong attention to detail, takes pride in their role Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
