Aspiring Psychologist – Graduate Support Assistant Reading – starting January 2026!

Pay: £101.40 per day
Location: Reading
Start Date: 12th January 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm, term time only
Training: Full education, training, and CPD provided

This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for an aspiring psychologist seeking hands-on experience within a specialist environment supporting children and young people with autism. A Learning Support Assistant position within an autism-specialist or SEND-focused school offers opportunities to:
• Support pupils with diverse needs while deepening understanding of neurodiversity

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with pupils who may find social interaction challenging
• A genuine commitment to helping learners progress at their own pace
