The Role: Field Service Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing on-site support for our managed print solutions, ensuring our clients' systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and providing training to end-users.
* Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
* Maintaining service records and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
* Maintaining daily communication with customers and the service desk to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
* Driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Location as confirmed is – Stoke-on-Trent
