Position: Unit Manager
Willowbrook Care Centre is a 31 bedded facility located in Osborne Park, a leafy residential suburb in the heart of BT9. The centre is conveniently connected to both the Lisburn Road and the Malone Road. The centre is specifically designed to cater for a range of complex needs including but not limited to learning disability, brain injury and physical disability. Our vision is “to provide a comfortable and therapeutic living environment that enables supportive steps towards recovery and mental wellbeing”.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Home Manager to ensure the Home is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
· Supervising and supporting the team of Nursing & Care Staff by facilitating professional growth and development.
· Effectively identifying quality and performance concerns and ensuring staff training deficits are appropriately actioned.
· Providing appropriate quality assurance through conducting audits & subsequent service delivery improvements.
· Assisting the Home Manager with the completion of staff rotas to ensure the appropriate skill mix.
· Maintaining open lines of communication with the Home Manager and the broader Senior Management Team.
About The Role
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in a leadership role within a care environment (e.g., Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, or similar).
· A valid nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and current NMC registration (if applicable to the role).
· Strong knowledge of care regulations, policies, and best practices.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
