Are you an Architectural Assistant with a background in RIBA Stages 4 - 6 or similar, looking to work on varied technical projects, a tax-free company bonus and support towards your Part 3 qualification?

In this role, you'll work across RIBA Stages 4-6, taking responsibility for producing detailed technical drawing packages and supporting project delivery through to completion. You'll coordinate with consultants, prepare specifications and building control documentation. Developing fully coordinated construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You'll also liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure the design is delivered as intended, assist with tender submissions, respond to RFIs, attend site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues that arise.
This role would suit an Architectural Assistant with a background in RIBA Stages 4-6 or similar, looking for a technically focused position with live project involvement, a tax-free bonus, and support (if wanted) to qualify as an Architect.
THE ROLE
* Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
* Support technical coordination and project delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6
* Assist with building control submissions and construction documentation
* Attend site meetings, monitor construction progress, and respond to RFIs
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
* Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and project requirements
* Assist with tender packages, schedules, and technical reports
THE PERSON
* Architectural Assistant with a background in RIBA Stages 4-6 or similar
* Completed RIBA Stage 2
* Technical portfolio and understanding of project delivery
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
