An exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman's thriving Wilmslow Office
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and IT / administration skills.
Hours: Full time
Key Activities:
* Arranging viewings
* Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
* Obtaining valuations
* Regular client contact
* Applicant management
* Administration
* New business generation & building local brand profile
* Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
* Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
* Team player but able to work independently
* Good IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
* Calm under pressure
* Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
* Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
* Knowledge of the local area
* Driving Licence
