Overview
My client is seeking a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The role is primarily based at their premises in Wendover, with the need to drive to Thame, Chinnor and Haddenham on occasions.
Responsibilities
* Answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate.
* Assisting with customer queries and greeting patients and visitors.
* Booking appointments, maintaining and updating customer records, and diary management.
* Advising on collections and deliveries.
* Some cash handling responsibilities, including cashing up tills at the end of the day.
Qualifications
* Previous retail/reception, customer service and administration experience.
* Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
* Flexible in approach, able to multi-task.
Details
Working hours are 4 days per week 08:30 - 17:45 plus alternate Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00. This comes to an average of 36.75 hours per week with a salary of 23,734.00.
