They have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Account Development Director to drive strategic growth across an established customer base (60+ accounts and growing).
Unlike a traditional account management role, this is about uncovering opportunities others miss, engaging C-level decision-makers, and delivering high-value, high-impact solutions that change how NHS organizations operate and how patients experience care.
The Role
* Expand presence across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and the wider healthcare ecosystem
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence digital strategy
* Research sector challenges and priorities to deliver tailored solutions
* Upsell and cross-sell a modular digital platform into multiple departments
* Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI and resonate with NHS leaders
* Leverage reference sites and champions within accounts to drive new opportunities
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle
About You
You’re a high-performing software sales professional with proven success in selling into the NHS. You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and bring the drive, creativity, and resilience to close large, strategic deals.
Essential experience:
* Strong track record of exceeding software sales targets
* Expertise in selling strategically into the NHS at C-level
* Skilled in navigating complex deals and influencing multiple stakeholders
* Hands-on approach: managing pipeline, outreach, and bids independently
* Ability to craft powerful narratives that move executives to act
* Familiarity with Salesforce, proposals, and complex digital solutions
