The role
* Maintain demand and delivery frameworks aligned to the Arqiva Business Process Framework, ensuring they support value realisation, compliance, and transparent decision‑making across the enterprise.
* Lead on embedding delivery governance across Arqiva, utilising VMO tooling to ensure consistent execution, traceability, and alignment with value‑driven outcomes.
* Govern the integrity of framework‑related data and task management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality control standards to enable reliable value tracking.
* Provide proactive data insights and reporting to Heads of Delivery and the Director of Enablement, enabling informed decision‑making, performance monitoring, and value optimisation across programmes and portfolios.
* Implement Delivery Governance across Arqiva utilising tooling.
The person
* Resource allocation
* Strong analytical skills
* PPM tool experience
* Basic knowledge of Executive Reporting
* Communication skills
* Stakeholder management skills
* Certified in either Project, Programme Management or PMO methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMI, APM, MSP
* Familiar with agile principles and frameworks to integrate capacity planning into agile delivery models
* Proven Portfolio/Programme Management Office experience, including PMO Management of large programmes
