Your Role
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time. Your responsibilities will include:
* Listening carefully to picking instructions through your headset and executing them swiftly.
* Packing a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour for working in temperatures as low as -18°C).
* Ensuring deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
* Reporting any damaged items to your manager.
* Independently working through your orders to keep our shelves full.
